I recently stumbled across a few interesting questions some people were asking Google concerning the romantic lives of Lightworkers and I thought I’d write a post to address some of these questions.
Here we go…

Do Lightworkers Have Soulmates?
Lightworkers are here to complete their important Soul missions by waking people up to the true nature of reality while Earth moves into its next incarnation.
Then they go back to where they came from.
Ok… Just kiddin’, of course they do!
We all usually incarnate with Soulmates. We never, (or very, very rarely) incarnate entirely alone without Souls who we haven’t experienced significant connections with in previous lifetimes and existences.
We typically make intricate pre-birth plans with others we have known before, who may or may not be in our Soul group, in order to play out certain roles for mutual learning, growth, and experience.
It’s important to bear in mind that we all have free-will (there are planets that don’t), so we can also change things up as we both live out our lifetimes, but some things, very much including meetings with potential spouses, are pre-destined.
Have you ever had an oddly familiar feeling when meeting a previous partner for the first time? You probably subconsciously recognized them from previous incarnations together.
Do Lightworkers Have Twin Flames?
Lightworkers, just like everyone else, can absolutely have twin flames. There is absolutely no reason at all why they can’t have a twin flame!
Twin flames differ to Soulmates because they share the same Higher Self, also known as the Over-Soul or Super Conscious Self. Twin flames are essentially, different expressions of the same Soul.
And there are many more people you might know who are other parts of you (aka twin flames), such as a parent, sibling, or even a friend or co-worker. But I know that you’re asking about twin flames in the romantic sense.
Fragments of Souls (twin flames) usually incarnate together to experience profound and deep love relationships together and to learn lessons during the course of their time together. Their relationships may last a lifetime, a few years, months, or just weeks.
Bear in mind that a twin flame connection doesn’t necessarily always mean a harmonious or lasting relationship because they also come together to work through karma, and learn life lessons.
Additionally, on Earth, as mentioned above, we possess free-will and so we’re able to mould our realities as we see fit. So you can choose, for whatever reason, to remain apart from someone you were destined to meet, by say, becoming reclusive for example. Or maybe you met and during the course of your relationship, you had a big disagreement and vowed to not speak to them again.

Do Lightworkers Fall in Love?
I was once told by a highly respected spiritual teacher that we would be better off alone throughout our lives because we would spend more time focusing on raising the planet’s vibrational frequency. Love, marriage, and happiness were just too much of a distraction.
I was absolutely horrified.
They also went on to say that having children creates karma.
I was also very confused because I loved the experience of being in love and being single at the time, I longed for an exciting, long-lasting, mutually fulfilling romantic relationship. I also loved children!
Personally, I think it’s so important to remember that lightworkers are people too.
They have hopes, dreams, feelings, and desires! They are absolutely capable of falling in love and they absolutely deserve to experience passion, excitement, comfort and all the other wonderful things that a genuine, loving, romantic relationship can bring.
If you’re reading this, you’re almost definitely a lightworker yourself. How do you feel about love? You’ve likely experienced it before — perhaps a few times. It was probably great (at times, at least!) and if you’re reading this, you’d probably like to experience it again.
I want to tell you that you absolutely can and that there is nothing that is stopping you.
Please don’t think for a second that because you may have also incarnated to help the planet raise its frequency at this time that you won’t have the time, or that you shouldn’t focus on romance and relationships, or that you don’t deserve it.
If you haven’t been attracting the most compatible people, or perhaps even abusive people, some energetic healing may be needed to help clear up your vibration. Once you do that, you should attract a longer-lasting, far more mutually satisfying relationship.

Do Lightworkers Get Married?
To recap; lightworkers absolutely have soulmates and twin flames, they fall in love and…
…yes, they get married! They also have children (if they desire it!).
Lightworkers of all kinds; psychics, mediums, energy healers, spiritual teachers, and generally positively polarised people who wished to incarnate on Earth at this time very likely made pre-birth plans to meet potential romantic partners — just like everyone else!
Yes, they may have missions here to complete, but they may have also agreed to incarnate simply to enjoy the third dimension and radiate good energy, subconsciously helping to raise the vibration of Earth as it gradually moves into its next incarnation.
The third dimension has so much to offer in terms of experience, duality, learning, and growth. You learn much faster on Earth than you do in Spirit — and you can enjoy the food, the animals, the sea, and so much more at the same time!
Don’t let anyone influence your life path in a way that doesn’t feel right or joyous to you. You can — and should, meet your soulmate or twin flame, fall in love, and get married if you desire it!
I really hope this article has helped to answer some of the questions you might have about romance as a lightworker. We all deserve to have good relationships and find love. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
